We are looking for a result-oriented Telecalling Manager to manage customer enquiries, lead follow-ups, telecalling operations, and sales coordination. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring lead conversion, managing team performance, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound and outbound calling activities.
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up on leads from various sources.
- Monitor lead status, customer follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.
- Manage and guide the telecalling team to achieve targets.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Service teams.




- Maintain customer databases, call logs, and CRM records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely communication.
