100X Digital is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team in Gandhipuram, Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-friendly approach, and the ability to handle calls and follow-ups effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and new leads.
- Follow up with interested customers and explain our services.
- Understand customer requirements and answer basic queries.
- Maintain accurate call records and update lead status in the CRM.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Achieve daily calling targets and support lead conversion.
- Maintain skilled communication with customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telecalling or telesales is preferred.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Confidence in handling customer questions and objections.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a target-oriented mindset.
