Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our admissions team. The role mainly involves making cold calls, following up with leads, and guiding prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a target-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound cold calls to prospective students from provided data
- Explain course details, fees, and benefits clearly
- Handle admission-related inquiries over phone
- Follow up with interested candidates regularly
- Maintain call records and update lead status in the system
- Convert leads into confirmed admissions
- Coordinate with the admissions team for application processing
- Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets





Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills in English and local language
- Confident in handling cold calls and objections
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work with targets

Preferred Skills:

- Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus
- Solid persuasion and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and patience while handling calls

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
