Position: Telecaller Location: Noida, Sector 63, Uttar Pradesh Experience: 1–3 Years Job Type: Full-Time Working Days: 6 Days a Week Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products or services. Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally. Follow up with leads, existing customers, and prospective clients.

Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up reports. Generate leads and schedule appointments for the concerned team. Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant information.

Handle customer objections and maintain professional relationships. Coordinate with internal teams for customer queries and follow-ups.



Meet assigned calling, follow-up, and lead-generation targets. Requirement 1–3 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or Customer Calling Executive.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel. Ability to handle customer queries and maintain accurate call records.

Confident, skilled, and customer-focused attitude.

Salary ₹15000- 20000 Experienced candidates preferred. Immediate joiners are welcome.
