Position: Tele Caller -Work From Home

Job Summary

Gleuhr Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Telecaller to connect with prospective and existing clients, understand their skincare and wellness requirements, explain suitable services, and convert leads into appointments and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand clients' skincare, wellness, aesthetic, and cosmetology requirements.
- Explain company services, treatments, packages, and offers clearly.
- Counsel clients and recommend suitable services based on their requirements.
- Follow up regularly with leads and interested clients.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Convert enquiries into appointments and successful sales.
- Maintain accurate customer information and update CRM records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, appointment, and sales targets.




- Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the clinic and internal teams for appointments and service delivery.
- Build strong and long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and follow company SOPs.

Candidate Requirement
- Previous experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Sales, Counselling, Customer Service, Wellness, Healthcare, Skin Clinicis preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of Gujrati, Hindi and English; Gujrati is an added advantage.
- Solid customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented, confident, and positive attitude.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Training- 5–7 days of unpaid Timing-9:30 to 6:30 (Monday to Friday One rotational off.) Saturday and Sunday are Working.
