Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.
- Explain the company's courses and services to interested candidates.
- Follow up with leads and maintain call records.
- Answer basic customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Update lead details and call status regularly.
Requirements
- Valuable communication skills in English & Malayalam.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Any graduate can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
