- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients from database and handle incoming inquiries regarding visa options.
- Information Dissemination: Explain basic immigration processes, eligibility criteria, study-abroad programs, Tourist Visa and document requirements clearly to clients.
- Lead Qualification & Appointments: Assess a client's education, work experience, and destination preferences to book face-to-face or virtual appointments with senior immigration counselors.
- Follow-Ups & CRM Management: Maintain regular communication via phone and WhatsApp, and log all interactions.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment conversions.
