Our Company is a leading and rapidly growing immigration consultancy. We specialize in helping clients fulfill their dreams of relocating, studying, or working abroad (including destinations like Canada, Australia, the UK, and Europe).

We are seeking energetic, target-oriented, and fluent Telecallers to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping guide them toward the right visa pathways and coordinating directly with our senior immigration counsellors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Make outbound calls daily to prospective clients using the company’s internal database and handle incoming customer service or visa inquiries.
- Lead Generation: Pitch company services, screen profiles, and generate qualified leads from web inquiries and social media platforms.
- Explain Visa Services: Provide explicit, professional overviews of our immigration and visa services (e.g., Student Visas, Tourist/Visitor Visas).
- Appointment Scheduling: Filter potential applicants based on basic eligibility criteria and schedule face-to-face or virtual consultations for senior immigration counsellors.
- Consistent Follow-ups: Maintain detailed follow-ups with warm leads to increase pipeline conversion rates.
- Data Management: Keep systematic records of call summaries,



lead statuses, and customer information in CRM software or Excel sheets.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Minimum Higher Secondary / 12th Pass; Graduate degree preferred.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer care, or sales. Prior experience inside an immigration or visa consultancy firm is a major advantage. (Freshers with exceptional communication skills may apply).
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi and regional languages is mandatory, along with confident basic English skills.
- Skills: Excellent communication, persuasive negotiation capabilities, active listening, and a positive attitude.
