Telecaller cum Receptionist (Admissions & Training Coordination)

Company: IntelliQuest Software Labs, Pune MH

Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST

Experience: 1–3 years (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)

About the role

IntelliQuest Software Labs is a Pune-based software company that runs the Ascend talent programme and a startup incubator. We are hiring one person to be the first point of contact for learners and visitors, and to keep our training operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Answer inbound enquiry calls and counsel prospective learners, parents and colleges on programmes, schedules and fees
- Make outbound follow-up calls to leads and colleges to fill upcoming batches
- Greet walk-in learners and visitors, and handle the office phone and front desk
- Coordinate with trainers, prepare batch schedules, send reminders and track attendance
- Collect fees, issue receipts and maintain accurate fee records
- Log all enquiries and follow-ups in the tracking sheet and share daily updates with the founder





Requirements

- Graduate in any stream
- Clear spoken English and Marathi are must
- Comfortable making and taking calls all day
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and email
- Well organised, honest and reliable with cash and records
- Experience in admissions, front office, tele-calling or an ed-tech or training institute is a plus
