We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for potential guests, travel agents, and corporate clients inquiring about room bookings, staycation packages, holiday offers, and event hosting.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Handling & Outreach: Reach out to prospective guests, warm leads, past visitors, and corporate contacts to present room packages and holiday offers.
- Inquiry Management: Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and online leads promptly, providing detailed information regarding room types, amenities, dining, and resort facilities.
- Booking Conversion: Pitch tailored packages, follow up on pending quotes, and close sales to meet daily/monthly booking targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain warm, professional interactions with prospective guests to deliver an exceptional brand experience right from the first phone call.
- CRM & Record Keeping:



Log all call details, lead statuses, guest preferences, and booking follow-ups accurately in our CRM / sales tracking system.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with the Front Desk and Central Reservations team to ensure smooth booking confirmation and guest handover.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or telesales (Experience in Hospitality, Travel, or Tourism is highly preferred).
- Languages: Fluency in English and Malayalam is required. Proficiency in Hindi or other languages is a strong plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, persuasive telephone manner, active listening, and customer engagement skills.
- Sales Orientation: Driven by target achievement, phone-friendly personality, and solid negotiation capabilities.
- Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) and familiarity with CRM software or property management systems (PMS) is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
