We are looking for a proactive and organised Tele Caller to support our property sales and leasing activities in Chennai.

Responsibilities:

- Contact prospective buyers and tenants from incoming enquiries and existing lead databases.

- Follow up consistently with interested prospects.

- Understand customer requirements and share relevant property details.

- Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments with the site team.

- Maintain accurate lead records and daily follow-up reports.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.

- Strong follow-up, organisation and customer-handling skills.

- Experience in any CRM system.

- Previous telecalling or real-estate experience

Compensation:

- Fixed + Incentives

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
