Job Location: Chennai

Experience: 03 years

Salary: 15,000 25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, dealers, distributors, builders, and contractors.
- Handle customer enquiries regarding the companys TMT steel products.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to develop business relationships.
- Explain product details and share relevant information with customers.
- Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.




- Prepare daily call reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Required Skills

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Tamil; basic English communication preferred.
- Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Ability to handle customer enquiries and follow up effectively.

Educational Qualification

- Any Degree.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or lead generation are preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Experience in steel, cement, building materials, or other manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
