Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to students, parents, and educational institutions to promote our education counseling services.

- Identify potential clients and schedule appointments for consultations with our team members.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions on CRM software (Salesforce) and update student profiles accordingly.

- Provide excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers over phone calls.

- Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-5 years of experience in telecalling or related field (education industry preferred).

- Any graduate degree (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., etc.) or diploma holder from a recognized university.

- Proficiency in using computer applications such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet navigation skills.

- Solid English language proficiency with valuable verbal communication abilities.
