Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, responding to customer enquiries, explaining property details, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and following up with prospective buyers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, convincing, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the company’s lead database.
- Respond to enquiries received through websites, social media, advertisements, and other sources.
- Understand customers’ property requirements, budgets, and preferences.
- Explain project details, location, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and offers.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments or property site visits.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers and update lead status.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handling of qualified leads.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle customer questions professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain good relationships with prospective and existing customers.




- Prepare daily call reports and share sales updates with the reporting manager.
- Stay updated on company projects, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Any degree or relevant educational qualification.
- Previous experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, customer service representative, or in real estate is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to speak politely and confidently with customers.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work with targets and handle multiple customer enquiries.
- Knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
