Job Title: Telecaller – Sales & Customer Conversion

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telecaller for our fashion business. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our offerings, following up on leads, and converting them into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to incoming enquiries.
- Contact leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer requirements and explain products, services, and…
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers to close sales.
- Convert leads into confirmed, paying customers.
- Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Send confirmation messages and coordinate with the internal team after closing sales.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, or BPO Sales preferred.
- Positive communication skills in English ,Hindi and kannada
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and WhatsApp Business.
- Ability to work with sales targets and handle rejection positively.

Preferred Experience:

- Fashion, retail, e-commerce, or customer acquisition experience.
- Experience in lead generation and sales conversion.
