Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and result-oriented Hindi-speaking candidates to join our Sales Team. The selected candidates will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers over phone calls, presenting our software products, understanding customer requirements, and generating business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce the company's software products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and business solutions to potential clients.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Follow up with interested prospects to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.




- Work towards assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication skills are an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to convince customers and explain product benefits effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn about software products.
