Women Pride Hospital & IVF is hiring an empathetic and communicative Telecaller to join our patient relations team at our Rewari facility.

The primary responsibility is to connect with incoming patient inquiries, provide accurate information about hospital services and doctor OPDs, book appointments, and follow up with patients to ensure a smooth healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Inquiry Handling: Attend to inbound calls, digital inquiries, and website leads regarding hospital specialties, OPD timings, and consultation slots.
- Appointment Scheduling: Book, reschedule, and confirm doctor consultation appointments for OPD and diagnostic services.
- Patient Support & Follow-up: Make follow-up calls to patients regarding their scheduled appointments, post-consultation care, and lab report availability.
- Service Guidance: Provide polite, clear, and empathetic explanations about available treatments, facilities,



and visiting guidelines.
- CRM & Record Keeping: Log call summaries, patient details, and appointment statuses accurately in CRM / Google Sheets.
- Inter-departmental Coordination: Coordinate with the front desk and nursing teams to ensure booked patients experience minimum wait times upon arrival.

Requirements & Skills
- 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months to 3 years of telecalling, customer support, or front-office experience (experience in a hospital, clinic, or diagnostic center is an added advantage).
- Fluent and polite communication skills in Hindi; basic understanding of English.
- Strong listening skills with an empathetic and professional phone etiquette.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and smartphone apps.
