We're seeking dedicated Tele callers to join our team and make a meaningful impact through exceptional customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers or clients.
- Introduce our services for e-commerce seller onboarding and explain their advantages.
- Listen to customer inquiries and address their questions or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage and persuade over the phone.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Basic computer skills.
- Previous tele sales or customer service experience is a plus.
