Support the sales team in daily activities and lead management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
Good communication and telephone etiquette.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to maintain records and work with the sales team.
