Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp enquiries about consultations, services and packages
- Book, confirm and reschedule appointments with doctors
- Make follow-up calls for antenatal visits, scans, vaccinations and post-delivery check-ups
- Call back leads from the website, social media and Google
- Maintain patient call records and update the CRM/Excel daily
- Collect patient feedback and handle basic complaints courteously
Requirements
- Fluent in Tamil and English (Hindi/Telugu is a plus)
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service or front office.
Hospital experience is preferred, and freshers are welcome.
- Pleasant phone manner, patience and empathy, especially with pregnant women and parents
