Job Summary LA Excellence Academy is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executives for its Kompally branch. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students and parents, explaining the academy's courses, generating admission enquiries, and following up with leads to support the admissions team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the provided database.
- Explain the academy's courses, programs, admission process, and fee structure.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert enquiries into counselling appointments.
- Identify potential students and generate admission leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and admission status.
- Coordinate with the Academic Counselling and Admissions teams.
- Respond professionally to incoming calls and student enquiries.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Send relevant course details and admission information through WhatsApp when required.
- Provide regular updates on calling performance and lead conversion to the reporting manager.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Intermediate or any degree.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in Telugu; basic English communication is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp are required.
- Ability to communicate confidently with students and parents.
- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to work towards targets.

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000, based on experience and communication skills.
