We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-driven Telecalling Executive to join our team. You will be the primary voice of our company, responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, generating qualified leads, and scheduling meetings or site visits for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases or lead lists.
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information about our products or services.
- Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and pitch solutions effectively.
- Schedule sales appointments, consultations, or product demos for the core sales team.
- Follow up regularly with potential and existing customers to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Maintain clean, updated records of all customer interactions and call outcomes in CRM software or MS Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead generation, and conversion targets.




- Handle objections and feedback professionally while maintaining a positive and polite telephone etiquette.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Education: Any Graduate, Diploma, 12th in any field.
- Experience: 0-1 years of prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills in with a transparent, pleasant voice tone.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge.

What We Offer :

- Salary: Salary Range, ₹12, 000 to ₹20, 000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

Location : Near Udhna Darwaja / Majura Gate, Surat.
