Groview Solutions is a digital marketing company providing digital marketing and online business growth solutions to businesses. We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecallers to connect with potential clients and generate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using the company's lead database.
- Explain the company's digital marketing services and business solutions.
- Identify customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with interested prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain call records, lead details, and follow-up updates in the CRM or tracking sheet.
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain professional communication with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the business development team to improve lead conversion.

Required Skills
- Positive verbal communication skills.




- Confidence in making outbound calls and speaking with customers.
- Basic sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Good follow-up, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn about digital marketing services and achieve targets.

Qualifications
- Any graduate or undergraduate with good communication skills may apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation is an advantage.
