Job Responsibilities

- Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential customers to introduce products.

- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads through calling.

- Customer Follow-up: Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication to convert leads into business opportunities.

- Customer Query Handling: Answer customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve basic concerns professionally.

- Lead Management: Maintain records of calls, customer details, follow-ups, and lead status in the company’s database or CRM.

- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by sharing qualified leads and coordinating with customers for further discussions.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build positive relationships with customers through polite and professional communication.

- Reporting: Prepare daily calling reports and update the reporting manager on progress and results.

- Professional Conduct: Represent Starnea professionally and maintain a customer-focused approach in all interactions.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
