We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller Executive with good communication skills in English and Hindi. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with customers, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products, services, and offers clearly to customers.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
- Maintain and update customer databases, call records, and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and lead conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach during calls.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales,
or customer support.
- Positive verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Good listening, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and follow up effectively.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
