Job Summary

AMCI EdTech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to connect with prospective students, educational institutions, and healthcare professionals to promote the company's medical education and digital learning solutions. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling incoming inquiries, explaining courses and services, generating leads, and maintaining positive relationships with prospective customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to prospective students, colleges, universities, and institutional clients.

2. Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries regarding the company's educational products and services.

3. Explain medical education programs, digital learning platforms, and other relevant offerings.

4. Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into enrollments or business opportunities.

5. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, leads, and follow-up activities.

6. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about available products and services.

7. Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and academic teams to ensure effective communication.

8. Achieve assigned daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

9. Follow up with interested students and institutional clients through calls, emails, or other approved communication channels.

10. Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.

11. Prepare daily call reports and update customer information in the CRM system or designated database.

12. Handle customer objections and escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate department.

Educational Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.

- Candidates with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field will be preferred.

- Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome to apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills.

- Good Hindi and English communication; additional regional languages are an advantage.

- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

- Persuasion, negotiation, and lead-conversion abilities.

- Good listening skills and a customer-focused approach.

- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
