Role Purpose: The Techno Sales Executive (Dairy & Industrial Ingredients) will be responsible for driving TROPILITE Foods’ dairy vertical growth across dairy industry, specifically ice-cream, curd culture, other confectionary segment and key accounts.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth by adding potential customer accounts (dairy cooperatives, ice cream manufacturers, wholesale curd manufacturers, caf chains) and appointment of related field distributors for geography expansion, expand market reach and business footprint. Promote bakery ingredients (Cake Premixes / Whipping Cream) into ice cream industries for making ice cream cakes. Conduct product demos to get business conversion Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per the AOP (Annual Operating Plan).
Desired Candidate Profile: Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Science / Business Management / Dairy Tech.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Sales / Techno-Sales / Business Development with leading Indian or multinational food ingredient organizations. Demonstrated success in managing large key accounts within the dairy, HoReCa, or food service sectors. Creative, consultative, and solution-oriented approach to sales and customer engagement. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver value-based solutions effectively.
