: Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled technician to handle the installation, repair, servicing, and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment at customer sites and in the workshop. The candidate should have positive technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide reliable after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment.
- Service commercial chillers, freezers, chest freezers, ovens, deep fryers, blenders, mixers, dishwashers, toasters, and other kitchen appliances.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and heating-related faults.
- Repair or replace faulty components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, sensors, heating elements, and control panels.
- Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, safety checks, and equipment performance testing.
- Visit hotels, restaurants, cafés, and commercial kitchens for installation and breakdown service calls.
- Prepare service reports, record equipment model and serial numbers, and maintain spare parts records.




- Communicate professionally with customers and provide basic equipment operation and maintenance guidance.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness at customer sites.

Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum qualification: 10th pass; ITI, Diploma, or technical training is an added advantage.
- Practical experience in repairing and servicing commercial kitchen equipment is preferred.
- Best knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration, and mechanical components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair chillers, freezers, ovens, blenders, and other commercial kitchen equipment.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites for installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Good communication skills, a responsible attitude, and willingness to learn.

Key Requirements

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to attend urgent service calls.
- Ability to manage tools, spare parts, and service documentation properly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
