We’re looking for a Technical Talent Partner who understands the software engineering talent market and is passionate about helping product and engineering teams grow. In this role, you’ll partner closely with engineering leaders, technical leads, and hiring managers to shape recruitment strategies and attract exceptional mid- to senior-level talent, particularly across software development and engineering.

More than filling vacancies, you’ll serve as a trusted talent advisor—bringing market insights, targeted sourcing strategies, and a consultative approach to help build high-performing engineering teams and support long-term product growth.

What You’ll Do:

- Partner with software product and engineering teams to understand product roadmaps, technical priorities, team growth plans, and hiring requirements.
- Own the end-to-end technical recruitment process for mid- to senior-level IT positions, with a primary focus on software development and engineering roles.
- Collaborate with engineering leads and hiring managers to define role requirements, assess talent needs, and align on effective recruitment strategies.
- Build targeted talent pipelines for software engineers, developers, and other technical professionals through market mapping, direct sourcing, networking, and Boolean search.
- Provide technical talent market insights on candidate availability, skill demand, compensation trends,



and competitive hiring conditions to guide recruitment decisions.
- Act as a strategic talent advisor, helping hiring teams refine requirements, evaluate candidate profiles, and navigate challenging technical searches.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a thoughtful, engaging recruitment process.
- Use recruitment metrics and funnel insights to monitor hiring progress, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
- Support the long-term growth of software product teams by anticipating talent needs and building relationships with qualified technical professionals before vacancies arise.

What We’re Looking For:

- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Technical Recruitment, or Talent Partnering.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for mid- to senior-level technology roles, particularly software development or software engineering positions.
- Strong understanding of software engineering talent profiles and the ability to identify relevant technical skills and experience.
- Experience partnering directly with engineering managers, technical leads, product teams, or other technology stakeholders.




- Demonstrated ability to develop sourcing strategies and attract talent in competitive technical markets.
- Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, talent mapping, and other candidate research techniques.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to provide market insights and influence hiring decisions.
- A data-driven, proactive, and consultative mindset, with a focus on hiring quality and long-term team growth.
- Experience supporting global or distributed technology teams is an advantage.
