We are looking for a Technical Support Executive with 1–2 years of experience in ERP support to handle client queries, manage support tickets, troubleshoot ERP-related issues, and provide effective solutions. The candidate should have good communication and problem-solving skills and be willing to visit client locations in Nagpur whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client queries related to ERP software through calls, emails, and support tickets.
- Raise, track, update, and resolve support tickets within the defined timelines.
- Troubleshoot ERP-related functional and technical issues.
- Understand client requirements, identify problems, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Visit client locations in Nagpur for face-to-face support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution when required.
- Coordinate with the development team to resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of tickets, client interactions, and resolutions.
- Provide basic ERP training and guidance to clients on system usage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in ERP support, technical support, or software support.
- Hands-on experience handling ERP-related queries and support tickets.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact directly with clients and understand their requirements.
- Willingness to travel to client locations within Nagpur as required.
Preferred: Experience with Odoo ERP or any other ERP system. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
