About the Role

We are hiring Customer Representatives for an International Voice Process. Candidates with strong international customer-handling experience and excellent English communication skills can apply.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience is mandatory
- Technical Support experience is mandatory
- International Voice / International Customer Support / International BPO voice experience accepted
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
- Strong customer-handling and active listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Comfortable working in Rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
