: Technical Recruiter/ IT Recruiter

Location: Sector 63, Noida

Work Mode: 5 Days Onsite

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to identify and hire qualified technical talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer closure.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates for various IT roles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR and technical-fit assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures against hiring targets.
- Negotiate compensation, manage offers,



and follow up with candidates until joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and regular hiring reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical/IT recruitment.
- Good understanding of technical roles, skills, and IT hiring requirements.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong coordination skills and a target-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period.
- Prior experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and bulk hiring will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable working 5 days a week from our office in Sector 63, Noida.
