About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven, detail-oriented and execution-focused Technical Project Manager to manage the development and delivery of RunnTV's media technology products.

The ideal candidate will combine a strong understanding of technology, software development and DevOps with excellent project management, stakeholder management and execution capabilities.

You will work closely with engineering, product, business and external partner teams to translate requirements into actionable plans, manage dependencies, resolve bottlenecks and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes complete ownership of project outcomes, anticipates risks and drives execution in a quick-paced product environment. You will contribute to products powering OTT streaming, channel playout and distribution, advertising, monetization and the broader Connected TV ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Project Management: Own the project lifecycle from requirements and planning through development, testing, deployment and delivery.
2. SDLC & Sprint Management: Drive project plans, sprint planning, milestones, timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to commitments.
3. Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with engineering, product, QA, DevOps, business teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
4. Requirement Management: Translate business and product requirements into explicit specifications,



actionable tasks and acceptance criteria.
5. Stakeholder Management: Maintain alignment on priorities, scope, timelines and expectations through effective communication and regular updates.
6. Risk & Dependency Management: Identify bottlenecks, technical dependencies and delivery risks early, and proactively drive their resolution.
7. Release & Deployment Management: Coordinate testing, UAT, CI/CD processes, release readiness, production deployments and post-release monitoring.
8. Progress Tracking & Reporting: Maintain project trackers, documentation and status reports, providing clear visibility into progress and blockers.
9. Quality & Process Improvement: Ensure delivery quality and continuously improve project workflows, accountability and execution efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 4–7 years of relevant experience in technical project management, software delivery, engineering program management or a similar role.
2. Strong understanding of technology and SDLC, including application architecture, APIs, databases, integrations, development, testing and deployment.
3. Hands-on experience managing software development projects from requirements through production release.
4. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management and project tracking.
5. Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, build and deployment processes, release management and production environments.
6. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills,



with the ability to coordinate technical and non-technical teams and manage competing priorities.
7. Strong ownership mindset and bias for execution: Proactively drive tasks to completion, resolve blockers and take responsibility for outcomes without constant follow-up.
8. Exceptional attention to detail, with a structured approach to requirements, documentation, timelines and delivery commitments.
9. Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and dependencies.
10. Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello or equivalent platforms.
11. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements and priorities.
12. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in OTT, media technology, streaming platforms, Connected TV (CTV), ad tech or digital video products.
