We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive end-to-end project delivery across enterprise software implementation, product development, system integration, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess solid project management expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, and a solid technical understanding of modern application architectures and software development practices. Hands-on experience or understanding of Java-based applications and related technologies is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and budget objectives are achieved.

- Manage cross-functional teams including Development, QA, Business Analysis, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Support teams.

- Define project plans, resource allocation, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.

- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.

- Monitor project progress through KPIs, dashboards, status reports, and stakeholder reviews.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, customers, and leadership teams to align project goals with business objectives.

- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and proactively drive resolution.

- Ensure adherence to delivery governance, quality standards, change management, and release management processes.

- Manage vendor and client relationships while ensuring high customer satisfaction.





- Support solution discussions by leveraging technical understanding of enterprise applications and integrations.

- Lead project financial tracking, effort estimation, forecasting, and resource planning.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years in Project Management or Delivery Management roles.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering enterprise software projects.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

- Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Technical Skills (Good to Have)

- Understanding of Java/J2EE applications, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and REST APIs.

- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as Angular, React, or JavaScript frameworks.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

- Exposure to system integrations, middleware, APIs, and enterprise application architecture.

- Understanding of application performance, scalability, and security best practices.

Preferred Certifications

- PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent project management certifications.

- Agile-related certifications preferred.
