We are looking for a hands-on Technical Product Manager Cybersecurity & Solutions who can bridge product development, engineering, and customer engagement. This role combines product ownership with technical pre-sales responsibilities. You will help shape the Manav.id product roadmap, work closely with developers, engage enterprise prospects, demonstrate our solutions, and translate real customer problems into product capabilities.

We are seeking someone who enjoys building technology and engaging with customers, not someone who only manages requirements and meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management & Development

- Own and prioritize the Manav.id product roadmap, features, and release plans.
- Translate market opportunities and customer needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with engineering teams to drive product development, testing, and releases.
- Understand identity verification, authentication, cybersecurity, and AI-related security challenges.
- Research competitors, emerging technologies, and market opportunities.
- Improve product usability, reliability, and enterprise readiness.

Technical Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement

- Participate in discovery calls with enterprise customers, technology leaders, and security teams.
- Understand customer pain points and recommend appropriate Manav.id solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept discussions.
- Support technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation.
- Work with prospective customers on pilots and technical evaluations.




- Translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Support the commercial team in converting qualified opportunities into pilot engagements and customers.

Solution Design & Technical Collaboration

- Understand the Manav.id architecture, APIs, workflows, and integration capabilities.
- Work with engineering to design customer-specific integration approaches.
- Help customers understand technical requirements, implementation options, security considerations, and expected outcomes.
- Create product documentation, demo environments, integration guides, and technical sales materials.
- Support troubleshooting during customer evaluations and pilot implementations.

Go-to-Market & Product Growth

- Identify high-value use cases across cybersecurity, hiring, enterprise identity, fintech, and AI-agent authorization.
- Work with leadership on product positioning, differentiation, and go-to-market strategy.
- Support early customer acquisition, design partnerships, and product-market fit validation.
- Track product adoption, pilot progress, customer feedback, and key performance indicators.

Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in technical product management, cybersecurity products, solutions engineering, or technical pre-sales.
- Experience working with B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, identity management, authentication, or enterprise technology products.
- Ability to understand APIs, system integrations, and technical architecture.
- Experience managing product backlogs, requirements, and engineering delivery.




- Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable conducting technical demos and participating in enterprise sales conversations.
- Ability to convert customer requirements into clearly defined product features.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills.
- Comfortable working independently in an early-stage startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with IAM, identity verification, fraud prevention, passkeys, WebAuthn, or zero-trust security.
- Familiarity with AI agents, agent authorization, and emerging AI security challenges.
- Experience building proofs of concept or integrating REST APIs.
- Exposure to cloud platforms, developer tools, and enterprise security requirements.
- Prior experience with cybersecurity startups or early-stage SaaS products.
