Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack .NET Technical Lead to spearhead the design, development, and delivery of high-scale enterprise applications. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between complex business requirements and robust technical execution, guiding cross-functional engineering teams through the entire software development lifecycle.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, stakeholders, and architects to translate strategic goals into scalable, high-performance solutions that directly enhance user experience and drive business efficiency. As a technical leader, you will be responsible for setting engineering standards, mentoring senior developers, and ensuring the architectural integrity of our platforms across our Gurgaon, Noida, and Bangalore offices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and oversee the development of end-to-end web applications using .NET Core and contemporary frontend frameworks to ensure seamless performance and high availability for our global client base.
- Lead technical design discussions and code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality, security, and maintainability across the engineering organization.
- Mentor and coach high-performing development teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement to meet aggressive project milestones.




- Integrate complex RESTful APIs with SQL Server databases to optimize data flow and system responsiveness, ensuring the platform meets evolving business demands.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate high-level business objectives into actionable technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment between engineering output and organizational goals.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in building scalable enterprise applications using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core, with a deep understanding of backend architecture and design patterns.
- Proven ability to develop intuitive, responsive user interfaces utilizing HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and AngularJS to deliver superior user experiences.
- Strong command over SQL Server database design, query optimization, and performance tuning to support high-traffic application environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the leadership level.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex software projects within a 10 - 18 year professional career span.
- Highly adaptable to a hybrid work environment, demonstrating the ability to lead distributed teams effectively across our Gurgaon, Noida, and Bangalore locations.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a premier institute is preferred.
