Required skills:

6-8 years of professional software development experience, with a robust focus on Java, J2EE, Microservices and JavaScript.

- Strong expertise in microservices-based architecture, demonstrating the ability to design, build, and manage microservices.

- Exceptional knowledge of database systems, particularly PostgreSQL, and expertise in SQL.

- Proven experience in team management, including at least 2-3 years of direct team leadership.

- Excellent documentation and communication skills to ensure the clarity and comprehensiveness of technical documentation and team communication.

- Self-motivated, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent).

- Experience in implementing AI-first engineering practices, prompt engineering, and responsible AI usage.

Desired skills:

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and UI frameworks like Angular or React for front-end development.

- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of cloud services and serverless computing (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and DevOps practices.

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions, using Python, Java, and JavaScript for front-end development.

- Architect and develop RESTful services and microservices using FastAPI, Spring Boot, and other modern frameworks.

- Work with a microservices-based architecture, ensuring the scalability, resilience, and maintainability of the applications.

- Apply your strong database and SQL knowledge, especially with PostgreSQL, to design and optimize data structures.

- Play a key role in the technical documentation process, ensuring clear and comprehensive documentation for the team's work.

- Communicate effectively with team members, project stakeholders, and clients to provide updates, gather requirements, and ensure successful project delivery.

- Champion AI-first software development practices.

- Automate development, testing, documentation, and release engineering using AI.
