Job Title: Technical Head Electrical (MEP Preferred)

Job Summary

DNR Consultancy is seeking a highly experienced Technical Head Electrical to lead and oversee all electrical engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in electrical design, execution, and commissioning, with a good understanding of MEP systems as an added advantage. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive innovation in electrical engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Design & Execution

- Lead the design, planning, and implementation of electrical systems for various projects.
- Ensure compliance with national and international electrical codes (e.g., IEC, NEC, IS Standards).
- Conduct power system studies, load calculations, and electrical distribution planning.
- Optimize electrical designs for energy efficiency and sustainability.

Project Management & Technical Leadership

- Oversee multiple electrical projects from conceptualization to commissioning.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and contractors to align project objectives.
- Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments,



and quality assurance for all electrical works.

Integration with MEP Systems (Preferred)

- Collaborate with MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with HVAC , Plumbing , Fire and other services.
- Provide technical input on MEP coordination, energy management, and automation solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree or additional MEP knowledge is a plus).
- Experience: 10+ years in electrical engineering with significant leadership experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, switchgear, transformers, and industrial automation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with MEP Services is advantageous.
