Adishwar Advanced Systems Pvt. Ltd. (est. 1996, ISO certified) designs and manufactures special purpose machines and high-precision components for defence, aerospace and PSU customers. Our factory at Kumhalagodu, Bengaluru has in-house CNC/VMC machining, injection moulding and fabrication. We are looking for a hands-on Technical Head to lead technical development and take ownership of engineering decisions across varied, order-based projects.

What you will do Study customer specifications and develop workable SPM and component solutions Review and approve designs, drawings, materials and tolerances Decide manufacturing routes, fixtures, tooling and inspection plans Prepare QAPs, inspection reports and FAI; handle customer inspections Lead troubleshooting, machine assembly, trials and customer acceptance Guide a team of 5–8 design, production and quality engineers What we need B.E./B.Tech Mechanical or Production,



10–15 years' experience Proven experience developing SPMs or custom machines end to end Strong practical knowledge of CNC turning and VMC machining, fixtures and process planning Sound command of GD&T;, tolerance stack-ups, materials and heat treatment Experience with defence / aerospace / PSU drawings and quality documentation Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD Good to have Hydraulics and pneumatics, plastic part and mould design, fabrication and welding, NDT basics, electrical/PLC interface.
