Role Description The Technical Delivery Team Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru and other locations , responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of learning solutions and technical projects. This role involves managing a multidisciplinary delivery team, coordinating project plans, and ensuring that milestones, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met.

The manager will work closely with instructional designers, developers, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable delivery roadmaps. Day-to-day tasks include tracking progress, resolving delivery risks and issues, optimizing processes, and providing coaching and guidance to team members. The role also requires collaboration with senior leadership to improve delivery frameworks,



contribute to resource planning, and support continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Program Management and Project Management skills for overseeing multiple initiatives and complex delivery engagements.
- Candidates should possess Team Management capabilities, including mentoring, performance oversight, and cross-functional coordination.
- Candidates should possess Project Planning expertise to define scope, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Software Development or technical delivery environments to effectively manage engineering and implementation tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) are an advantage.
- Proven experience managing technical delivery teams, preferably within learning technology, SaaS, or enterprise solutions organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to collaborate with clients and internal leadership.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and operate in a fast-paced, outcome-focused environment, with attention to detail and accountability for results.
