Role Description The Technical Co Founder (equity based) will lead the end-to-end technical vision and implementation of Arclent’s AI-powered recruiting platform. This full-time hybrid role is based in Srinagar, with flexibility for some work from home.

Day-to-day responsibilities include architecting and developing core platform features, designing scalable backend and frontend systems, and integrating AI/ML components that support portfolio verification and trust badges. The role will involve close collaboration with the founding team on product roadmaps, technical strategy, and rapid experimentation, as well as setting up engineering best practices, security standards,



and deployment pipelines.

Founder will also participate in hiring and mentoring early engineers, selecting the tech stack, and ensuring that the platform can grow securely and reliably with the creator community.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in software engineering, including system architecture, API design, and building scalable web applications.
- Hands-on proficiency with modern backend and frontend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React or similar frameworks) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Background in AI/ML or data-intensive systems, with the ability to integrate models and data pipelines into production environments.
- Experience with databases, security best practices, authentication/authorization, and handling sensitive user data.
- Product-oriented mindset, with the ability to translate user needs into technical solutions and iterate quickly in a startup environment.
- Comfort with ownership of technical decisions, willingness to work for equity-based compensation initially, and enthusiasm for building from zero to one.
- Robust collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with non-technical founders and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent practical experience in startups or high-impact projects is highly valued.
