Your Task

This role focuses on owning the architecture, governance, and standardization of SAP workload solutions on T Cloud, defining product strategy and roadmap for SAP managed services, and leading migration strategy and execution for S/4HANA conversions and system migrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the architecture, governance, and standardization of SAP workload solutions on T Cloud, including reference architectures, landing zones, sizing rules, non-functional requirements, and design asset management
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for SAP managed services, including offerings, SLAs, service descriptions, and pricing models aligned with market demand and internal standards
- Establish and enforce quality gates, governance frameworks, and compliance standards for solution approval, ensuring adherence to T Cloud programs, licensing, security, and cost optimization practices
- Lead migration strategy and execution, including defining offerings, toolchains (SUM, DMO, SWPM), playbooks, cutover plans, and quality gates for S/4HANA conversions and system migrations
- Manage product backlog, release planning, and capacity planning; coordinate with delivery, finance, and operations teams to ensure financial traceability and margin targets
- Drive automation and Infrastructure as Code standards for SAP workloads, integrating tooling components such as CPQ configurations, sizing calculators, and TCO/ROI frameworks

Your Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Solutions Architect and Product Manager with deep expertise in SAP workload architecture, cloud infrastructure, migration strategies, and managed services product development.

Must Have Skills





- Experience with SAP workload solutions architecture and governance
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically T Cloud or similar enterprise cloud environments
- Expertise in SAP reference architectures, landing zones, and sizing rules
- Experience with non-functional requirements and design asset management
- Product strategy and roadmap development experience for managed services
- Knowledge of SLAs, service descriptions, and pricing models
- Experience establishing quality gates and governance frameworks
- Knowledge of compliance standards for solution approval
- Experience with cloud programs, licensing, security, and cost optimization practices
- SAP migration strategy and execution experience
- Knowledge of SAP migration toolchains including SUM, DMO, and SWPM
- Experience with S/4HANA conversions and system migrations
- Experience developing migration playbooks and cutover plans
- Product backlog management experience
- Release planning and capacity planning skills
- Experience coordinating with delivery, finance, and operations teams
- Knowledge of financial traceability and margin targets
- Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code standards for SAP workloads
- Knowledge of CPQ configurations and sizing calculators
- Experience with TCO/ROI frameworks
