Role & responsibilities

- Understand and validate BOM structures and levels.
- Manage ECN/PCN implementation with proper impact analysis.
- Coordinate tooling and fixture requirements with internal teams.
- Develop and validate stencil, wave pallet, and other production fixtures.
- Perform DFM and Gerber validation using Valor NPI tools.
- Monitor issue trackers, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
- Handle BOM scrubbing and ERP/SAP updates.
- Support customers with technical discussions and manufacturing-related queries.
- Ensure adherence to PCBA assembly processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with Mechanical, Production, Quality, and NPI teams for DFA and process improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong knowledge of BOM Validation and ECN/PCN management.




- Expertise in DFM/DFA and Gerber validation using Valor NPI.
- Hands-on experience in stencil, wave pallet, and fixture development.
- Good understanding of PCBA assembly and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with ERP/SAP systems and engineering documentation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead teams effectively.
- Exposure to SMT/THT manufacturing environments.
- Robust leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proactive attitude with continuous improvement mindset.
