Designation Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager Grade L08/L09 Position Details Division Production Planning & Control (PPC) Location Location – Rajpura - Punjab Reports to HOD-PPC No. of positions 1 Current Job Profile

- Plan and organize production workflow within the shift, ensuring optimal utilization of

resources.

- Develop and implement production schedules, considering factors like equipment and Raw

material availability,

- Supervise and guide production personnel, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and

production targets.

- Monitor production processes, equipment performance, and material flow, identifying potential

issues or bottlenecks.





- Take corrective actions to address any deviations from planned operations or quality standards.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, including key performance indicators

(KPIs) and quality metrics.

- Maintain accurate production records and documentation, as per company standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for production.
- Prepare Rolling plan / Galvanize plan / Colour plan / CRCA plan in MES system
- Follow-up with operation to complete order as per Mkt priority.
