- Prepare and assemble frozen yogurt, gelato, and other menu items as per company SOPs and quality standards
- Handle orders received through Swiggy and Zomato and ensure timely preparation and dispatch
- Check, pack, and label orders accurately before dispatch
- Monitor stock availability, follow FIFO (First In, First Out), regularly check expiry dates, and ensure the correct storage temperatures for all food products
- Maintain proper kitchen cleanliness to comply with food safety and hygiene standards
- Minimize food wastage through proper handling, portion control, and storage practices.
Preferred candidate profile
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
- Ability to handle and pack orders accurately
- Understanding of FIFO and stock management
- Food hygiene and safety
- Time management and teamwork
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced kitchen environment
