Job Summary

DP MEP Design LLC is looking for a skilled and experienced Team Management Head / Technical Team Head to lead and manage its technical team at the Kochi office. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, team coordination, project management, and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and coordinate the technical team.
- Plan and monitor daily work activities and project schedules.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with management, clients, and other departments.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Monitor team performance and improve operational efficiency.
- Resolve technical issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare progress reports and update management on project status.

Requirements




- Relevant educational qualification in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in team management or technical leadership.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable knowledge of project coordination and team supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in MEP design or a related industry is preferred.
