Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Environmental Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) projects and environmental compliance. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the preparation of EIA reports, conducting environmental assessments, ensuring compliance with applicable environmental regulations, and coordinating with project stakeholders for environmental clearances and approvals.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) reports and related environmental documentation.
- Conduct environmental impact assessments and identify potential environmental risks associated with proposed projects.
- Ensure compliance with applicable environmental laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines.
- Assist in preparing Environmental Management Plans (EMP) and monitoring programs.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret environmental data, including air quality, water quality, noise levels, and soil parameters.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities for environmental approvals and clearances.
- Support environmental audits, compliance assessments, and site inspections.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations,



and documentation related to environmental studies.
- Keep updated on environmental regulations, EIA notifications, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Support project planning and execution by providing environmental technical inputs.

Required Qualifications

- M.Tech in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in EIA projects and environmental compliance.
- Practical knowledge of EIA report preparation and Environmental Management Plans.
- Familiarity with applicable environmental regulations and statutory requirements.
- Robust analytical, technical writing, and documentation skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and environmental data analysis tools is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in preparing EIA reports for industrial, infrastructure, or other development projects.
- Knowledge of environmental clearance procedures and regulatory submissions.
- Familiarity with environmental monitoring, pollution control measures, and sustainability practices.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Ideal Candidate: A technically competent Environmental Engineer with hands-on experience in EIA report preparation and environmental compliance, capable of supporting environmental assessments and regulatory approval processes efficiently.
