Reporting To: Sales Manager / City Head ##We are looking for a result-oriented and experienced Team Leader – Real Estate Sales** to lead a team of Relationship Managers, drive business growth, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in real estate sales and team management.## Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers to achieve monthly sales targets.

- Drive real estate sales through lead management, client meetings, property site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Monitor individual and team performance and ensure consistent achievement of business targets.
- Conduct daily team meetings, sales reviews, and performance assessments.
- Train and mentor team members on sales techniques, customer handling, objection management,



and closing strategies.
- Allocate leads effectively and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
- Track sales pipelines, client interactions, site visits, logins, bookings, and closures.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely CRM updates and sales reporting.
- Handle high-value clients and support team members in closing challenging deals.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans for underperforming team members.
- Coordinate with management and internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and applicable real estate regulations.## Required Skills & Qualifications-

Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹83,000.00 per month
