Team Leader – Operations

Location: Samrala, Ludhiana, Punjab

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Qualification: 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise workers and allocate daily tasks according to operational requirements.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned targets.
- Maintain worker discipline, attendance, punctuality, and productivity.
- Coordinate with the Production Supervisor regarding daily work plans and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company safety rules and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Monitor work quality and coordinate with the Quality Department to resolve defects.
- eEnsure proper utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and quipment.
- Report machine breakdowns, material shortages, quality issues, and production delays.
- Maintain daily operational records and submit work progress reports to management.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the assigned work area.

Requirements




- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or operations preferred.
- Experience in handling workers and supervising daily activities.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and workplace safety.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a team and meet daily deadlines.
- Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.
- ITI or Diploma holders with relevant experience will be preferred.
