We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Team Leader to lead our sales team and drive property sales. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to motivate a team and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into property bookings.
- Guide team members in client follow-ups, site visits, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and training.
- Coordinate site visits and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Develop effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth project sales.
- Stay updated on property projects, market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
